Hebrew in the title of the template

1) This is English Wikipedia.
2) The script is unreadable to the vast majority of English speakers. (Not including me; I can read it.)
3) Under some circumstances, for certain users, the Hebrew letters will not even display properly.
Is there precedent for Hebrew in the title line?
