The current image for this template is either redundant or inappropriate for the most of the articles that it covers. Clearly the image is suitable for the Sex differences in human physiology article, but that article already includes the image. For other articles, like Sex differences in social capital, Sex differences in education, Sex differences in crime, etc. it doesn't make sense for this image to effectively be the lead image in the article (as it implies that physiological sex differences are important to these topics). Even worse, in those articles it also becomes the official "page image", which is the image shown in various interfaces to represent the article (for example, mobile watchlist and mobile search results).[1] Personally, I don't think any image is needed for this template and would favor just removing it.
