Levels of team quality

It seems a bit messy having "core teams" then "the rest" with the rest divided into major and minor by bolding. Perhaps it would be best to have three distinct sections - core teams, other major teams, minor teams, or similar. Grutness...wha? 00:51, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I emboldened some of the teams to distinguish them. Sevens is quite strange. Kenya is a major team, for example, while some of the major XV countries such as Wales are weak.--MacRusgail (talk) 19:22, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
