Removing "By composer"

I've been expanding the "By composer" section, until I've realized just how massive this would have to be. Right now, there are around 80 entries. PetScan shows another 280 missing:

The template is useless at the moment. The edits deleting the template have not been explained. Before those deletions, Ravel and Debussy could not really be described as Romantic composers, cf Chansons madécasses or Études (Debussy)? Mathsci (talk) 07:25, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I don't find adding every composer to be feasible or frankly useful. That being said, I think that the instruments/ensemble pages (e.g Viola A-B or Concert Band, etc.) should be kept as is or even expanded. (edit) Actually, this may be a good time to talk about Viola A-B and all the other following pages. @Francis Schonken: I believe that we need to delete some pages themselves. Pages such as List of compositions for arpeggione or Jew's harp music can either be combined with their parent pages or just outright deleted considering none of the works listed on those pages are notable enough for their own articles
