Communities vs. Towns

There is a a lot of overlap between these two sections.
The other templates don't have redundancy like this.

But communities are valid political entities, as are towns and villages, the two overlap as many areas are both a town and a community. Some other templates use principal settlements, which is far more vague. FruitMonkey (talk) 16:56, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
