Articles should only be inclused if they deal specifically with Venezuela. FOr example while Ven. is a member of the UN, OPEC, OAS, and dozends of others, that can be mentioned in the articles Foreign relations of Venezuela or by using categories. The only time an international group or organization should be in cludes is if there is a article dealing specifically with Ven.'s relations with that body. For example China and the UN or Canada-Caribbean relations, etc. For more infromation see WP:FR.
