1979 Orange Bowl

What in the world does the 1979 Orange Bowl have to do with the Big 12 championship game? Simply that it was a bowl game with two teams that would be in a league formed 17 years later? Very weak reasoning, IMO. Fjbfour (talk) 23:12, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
