Update systematics

Some of the genera grouped now as incertae sedis on top of the Post-Devonian taxa navbox have been grouped into families in Schultze et al. (2021, Handbook of Paleoichthyology Vol. 8A). The navbox could be updated accordingly, but I don't really know how to write the source code (it takes me a long time to figure it out). Maybe someone else would volunteer to do it?
