Generation numbers don’t match up

Seems like the articles on iPad Pros should include the names Apple uses for its generation counting. For instance the “3rd generation” 11-inch model is referred to by Apple as “iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation). I understand the generation counting here but it would be helpful to have both the “real” generation and the “Apple” generation readily available from the articles. iPad price hike

I saw the prices for all iPad models went up on June 25, 2026. The iPad Pro now starts at $1199 instead of $999. Can someone update the price of the M5 iPad Pro? Slackintosh (talk) 04:17, 27 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
