In enzymology, a salutaridinol 7-O-acetyltransferase (EC 2.3.1.150) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction

acetyl-CoA + salutaridinol ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ CoA + 7-O-acetylsalutaridinol
