Rodriguez played soccer for the Ohio State Buckeyes where she was won Big Ten Defender of the Year in 2020.[2] She was named Big Ten Medal of Honor Winner in 2022, becoming only the second Ohio State women's soccer player to earn the award.[2] She was drafted by Kansas City Current in 2022 on a two-year contract.[3]
Rodriguez made her first professional start on April 15, 2022, and assisted a goal for Kristen Hamilton against Houston Dash in the 2–1 win.[4] In the home game against Gotham, she assisted Hamilton again to make it a 1–0 victory in the 84th minute.[5]
She scored her first goal for KC Current on May 7, 2023, in the 3–2 loss against Angel City.[6] In the final home match of the 2023 season, she opened scoring in the 6–3 win over Chicago Red Stars in front of her club's record-breaking crowd of over 15,000.[7] She re-signed for KC Current through 2025.[8]
In the first away game of the 2024 season, she equalized in the 44th minute of the eventual 2–1 victory against San Diego Wave.[9]
