The 46th District of the Iowa Senate is located in eastern Iowa, and is currently composed of Iowa and Washington counties, as well as part of Johnson County.^[1]

The area of the 46th District contains two Iowa House of Representatives districts:^[3]

• The 91st District (represented by Mark Cisneros)
• The 92nd District (represented by Ross Paustian)

The district is also located in Iowa's 2nd congressional district, which is represented by Mariannette Miller-Meeks.^[4]
