Infios is a global supply chain execution software company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. It provides warehouse management systems, order management systems, transportation management systems, software solutions, and related services to manufacturers, retailers, logistics service providers, and other sectors.[1]

Infios was introduced in March 2025 as a joint venture between Körber Supply Chain Software (a standalone subsidiary of German technology group Körber) and global investment firm KKR & Co. Under CEO Edward (Ed) Auriemma, Infios serves more than 5,000 customers.[2] [3]

History

Infios was founded in 1983 as HighJump Software, a U.S.-based provider of warehouse and distribution software. In 2017, HighJump was acquired by Körber, a German technology company looking to increase its supply chain software portfolio.[4] [5] By 2020, HighJump was included as part of Körber Supply Chain Software, along with other acquired companies such as DMLogic LLC, Inconso, and Voiteq.[6] [7]

In December 2021, KKR acquired a minority stake in Körber Supply Chain Software.[8] [9] Further acquisitions of this joint venture included enVista’s Enspire Commerce platform and the transportation management vendor MercuryGate International.[10] [11] In June 2024, Körber announced that Edward (Ed) Auriemma would become Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of its supply chain software business.[12]

On March 4, 2025, Körber Supply Chain Software was rebranded as Infios, which combined Körber’s warehouse and order management products with MercuryGate’s transportation management technology.[13] [14]

Products and Services

Infios develops intelligent supply chain execution software that uses real-time data, automation, and artificial intelligence. Its portfolio integrates warehouse management systems (including labor management and yard management), transportation management systems, and distributed order management in a unified execution environment. Its software also integrates autonomous mobile robots and other warehouse automation technologies supplied by partners.

A 2025 collaboration between Amazon Web Services and Infios incorporated generative AI into supply chain order management to assist with real-time order management and create AI-based agents that automate parts of exception-handling and decision-making in fulfilment.[15]

Infios has also participated in case studies associated with award-winning supply chain projects, such as deployments with Locus Robotics[16] and other partners.

  • 2025: Infios was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems for the seventh consecutive year. [17]
