Šalková made her WTA Tour singles main-draw debut at the 2022 Prague Open , after defeating Astra Sharma and Natalia Vikhlyantseva in qualifying.[ 2] She received a wildcard for the doubles main draw with Barbora Palicová .
She reached the top 150 on 10 June 2024 at world No. 143, following a sixth ITF title win at the W75 Prague Open.
