The first conference of the 2023–24 PBA 3x3 season started on July 3 and ended on August 13, 2023.[1] It consisted of six two-day legs and a grand final. TNT Triple Giga became the Grand Champion for the fifth straight conference after defeating Cavitex Braves in the Grand Finals, 21–18.[2]
