Kateřina Siniaková defeated Lucia Bronzetti in the final, 6–2, 7–6(7–5) to win the singles tennis title at the 2023 Bad Homburg Open.[1] It was her fourth WTA Tour singles title.

Caroline Garcia was the reigning champion,[2] but chose to compete in Eastbourne instead.[3]
