The 2016–17 Sacramento Kings season was the 72nd season of the franchise, its 68th season in the National Basketball Association (NBA), and its 32nd in Sacramento. It was their first season at Golden 1 Center. On May 10, 2016, the Kings hired Dave Joerger as their new head coach.[1]
