Η Κοινότητα Καρών Αποκορώνου είναι κοινότητα του Δήμου Αποκορώνου στην Περιφερειακή Ενότητα Χανίων της Κρήτης. Συστάθηκε το 1949 με το ΦΕΚ 145Α - 04/07/1949 και την απόσπαση του οικισμού Καρές από την κοινότητα Ραμνής ο οποίος ορίστηκε έδρα της.[1] Περιλαμβάνει μόνο την έδρα της και σύμφωνα με την απογραφή του 2011 έχει 54 κατοίκους.[2] Εκπροσωπείται από τον πρόεδρο κ. Δημήτριο Γαυγιωτάκη. Οι κάτωθι εκλέχθηκαν και υπηρέτησαν (ή υπηρετούν) ως πρόεδροι της κοινότητας:
