Die Saison 2007/08 war die Austragung der höchsten schottischen Eishockeyliga, der Scottish National League. Die Ligadurchführung erfolgt durch die Scottish Ice Hockey Association, den schottischen Verband unter dem Dach des britischen Eishockeyverbandes Ice Hockey UK.
