Mae seleriac (Apium graveolens amr. Rapaceum) yn fath o seleri sy'n cael ei dyfu ar gyfer ei goesyn neu hypocotyl bwytadwy, a'i egin. Mae seleriac yn cael ei dyfu yn helaeth ym Masn Môr y Canoldir ac yng Ngogledd Ewrop.[1][2] Mae hefyd yn cael ei dyfu yng Ngogledd Affrica, Siberia, De-orllewin Asia, a Gogledd America .[1] Yng Ngogledd America, y cyltifar 'Diamant' sydd fwyaf cyffredin.[3] Caiff y gwraidd ei dyfu yn Puerto Rico a'i werthu'n lleol mewn marchnadoedd ffermwyr ac archfarchnadoedd.[4]
