Cymeriad yn yr Hen Destament a gwraig Isaac oedd Rebecca, weithiau Rebeccah (Hebraeg: רִבְקָה, Riḇqāh).

Dywedir yn Llyfr Genesis ei bod yn ferch i Bethuel a chwaer i Laban. Wedi i Sarah ei wraig farw, gyrrodd Abraham ei was Eliezer i Fesopotamia, i chwilio am wraig i'w fab Isaac, a dychwelodd gyda Rebecca. Daeth yn fam i Jacob ac Esau.

Dywedir fod Rebecca wedi ei chladdu yn Ogof y Patriarchiaid ger Hebron, gydag Isaac, Abraham a Sarah.

Er nad oes sicrwydd, mae'n debyg mai hi a roddodd ei henw i Helyntion Beca yng Nghymru yn hanner cyntaf y 19g. Roedd yr helyntion yma yn brotest yn erbyn y tollbyrth ar y ffyrdd, ac roedd y dynion yn gwisgo dillad merched wrth ymosod ar y tollbyrth fel na fyddai neb yn eu hadnabod. Mae'r enw Rebecca yn gyfeiriad at adnod 60 yn Genesis 24, lle sonir am fam a brawd Rebecca yn gadael iddi fynd gydag Eliezer i briodi Isaac:

Ac a fendithiasant Rebbecah, ac a ddywedasant wrthi, Ein chwaer wyt, bydd di fil fyrddiwn; ac etifedded dy had borth ei gaseion.
