Ym mytholeg Roeg, roedd Endymion (Hen Roeg: Ἐνδυμίων) yn fugail neu heliwr o Aeolia, neu yn ôl Pausanias yn frenin oedd yn teyrnasu yn Olympia yn Elis. Dywedid ei fod yn fab i Zews a'r nymff Calyce. Ganed ef yn Thessalia ond daeth yn arweinydd carfan o Aeoliaid, a sefydlodd Elis.

Oherwydd ei harddwch, syrthiodd Selene, duwies y lleuad, mewn cariad ag ef. Dywedir iddi ofyn i Zews roi ieuenctid tragwyddol iddo. Mewn fersiwn arall, roedd Endymion yn edrych mor hardd wrth gysgu mewn ogof ar fynydd Latmos, ger Miletus yn Caria, nes i Selene ofyn i Zews a allai aros felly. Bob nos, byddai Selene'n ymweld ag ef wrth iddo gysgu.
