রাধিকা রায় (জন্ম ৭ মে ১৯৪৯) একজন ভারতীয় সাংবাদিক ও নিউ দিল্লি টেলিভিশনের (এনডিটিভি) সহ-প্রতিষ্ঠাতা।[১][২] প্রিন্ট মিডিয়ায় ১০ বছর সাংবাদিকতা করে তিনি ১৯৮৭ সালে টেলিভিশন মিডিয়াতে চলে আসেন এবং এনডিটিভি সহ-প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন যেখানে তিনি ২৫ বছরের বেশি সময় অতিবাহিত করেন।[২][৩]

রাধিকা রায় প্রথম কর্মজীবনে ইন্ডিয়ান এক্সপ্রেস ও ইন্ডিয়া টুডেতে সাংবাদিক হিসেবে কাজ করেন।[৪] ১৯৮৮ সালে তার স্বামী প্রণয় রায়ের সাথে মিলে তিনি নিউ দিল্লি টেলিভিশন প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন।[৫] তার স্বামী বলেন, "রাধিকা এনডিটিভি প্রতিষ্ঠায় অন্যতম ভূমিকা পালন করেন এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের লক্ষ্য ধরে রাখতে কাজ করেন।" অনেকের মতে তিনিই প্রতিষ্ঠানটির প্রাত্যহিক কাজকর্ম পরিচালনা করতেন।[২]

১৯৮৮ থেকে ২০১১ সাল পর্যন্ত তিনি প্রতিষ্ঠানটির ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক ছিলেন এবং ২০১১ সালের ২৯ জুলাই তিনি কো-চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেন। তার ২৫ বছরের টেলিভিশন সাংবাদিকতার জীবনে তিনি অত্যন্ত অন্তর্মুখী স্বভাবের ছিলেন এবং কোন সাক্ষাৎকার দেননি ও কোন ছবি উঠেননি।

রাধিকা রায় ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে প্রণয় রায়ের সাথে বিবাহ বন্ধনে আবদ্ধ হন। যার সাথে তার পরিচয় হয় ওয়েলহাম বিদ্যালয়ে।[৬] এই দম্পতির একজন কন্যা সন্তান রয়েছে।[৭]
