Сумежны мост (руск.: Сме́жный мост) — аўтадарожны бэлечны мост цераз Крукаў канал у Адміралцейскім раёне Санкт-Пецярбурга, злучае Спаскі і Пакроўскі астравы. Аб’ект культурнай спадчыны Расіі рэгіянальнага значэння.

Размешчаны па няцотнай (паўночнай) набярэжнай Фантанкі паміж дамамі 141 і 143, у месцы зліцця Фантанкі і Крукава канала. Вышэй па цячэнні знаходзіцца Стара-Мікольскі мост. Бліжэйшая станцыя метрапалітэна (1,3 км) — «Тэхналагічны інстытут». Назва моста вядомая з 1820 года і звязана з характарам яго размяшчэння (злучае набярэжную Фантанкі цераз Крукаў канал). У XIX стагоддзі існавалі назвы Мікольскі Набярэжны мост (1821—1822) і Злучальны мост (1849—1875), бо мост злучаў Спаскую і Каломенскую часткі.
