Італьянскі саюз працы (ІСП) (італ.: Unione Italiana del Lavoro) — прафсаюз у Італіі, створаны ў 1950 годзе былымі членамі Усеагульнай італьянскай канфедэрацыі працы, якія прытрымліваліся сацыялістычных і сацыял-дэмакратычных поглядаў. Па стане на 2011 год прафсаюз прадстаўляў каля 2,2 мільёнаў[2] працоўных.

Італьянскі саюз працы ўваходзіць у Міжнародную канфедэрацыю прафсаюзаў і Еўрапейскую канфедэрацыю прафсаюзаў.
