Спецыяльны паштовы штэмпель Беларусі 2017 г., прысвечаны 25-годдзю першай маркі Беларусі.

Спецыя́льны пашто́вы штэ́мпель — памятны штэмпель для спецыяльнага гашэння. Спецыяльны штэмпель адрозніваецца ад звычайнага каляндарнага штэмпеля тым, што ў яго тэксце паказваецца назва падзеі або памятнай даты, да якой ён прымеркаваны. Другое адрозненне заключаецца ў маналітнасці спецштэмпеля і адсутнасці ў яго ўбудаванага нумаратара для штодзённай змены даты гашэння, бо тэрмін дзеяння спецыяльных штэмпеляў абмяжоўваецца звычайна адным, радзей — некалькімі днямі. Па заканчэнні тэрміну курсіравання спецштэмпель выводзіцца з абарачэння.

Акрамя малюнка і тэксту, звязаных з падзеяй, на спецштэмпелі, як правіла, пазначаюцца паштовае аддзяленне (паштамт), дзе зроблена гашэнне, і дата.

Спецгашэнне, звязанае з падзеяй агульнадзяржаўнага значэння (напрыклад, «Тыдзень пісьма»), робіцца адначасова ў шэрагу гарадоў, дзе таксама вырабляюцца штэмпелі.
