Cristian Gastón Zermatten (born 31 October 1974) is an Argentine football manager and former player who played as a midfielder.^[1] He is the current interim manager of Argentinos Juniors.

Playing career

Zermatten started his senior career with Argentinos Juniors.^[2] In 1998, he signed for Club Universidad Nacional in the Mexican Liga MX,^{[3][4][5][6][7]} where he made 33 league appearances and scored one goal.^[8] After that, he returned to Argentinos in 2000, but did not play.^[9]

Zermatten subsequently represented Club Atlético Colón,^[10] Club Atlético Huracán,^[11] C.D. Cuenca,^[12] Club Universitario de Deportes,^[13] The Strongest,^[14] Club Bolívar,^[15] Club Nacional de Football,^[16] Club Atlético Nueva Chicago,^[17][18] Talleres de Córdoba,^[19] Ferro Carril Oeste,^[20] and CSyD Tristán Suárez.
