Beyranvand-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان بيرانوند شمالي) is in Beyranvand District^[a] of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.^[4] Its capital is the village of Bid Hal.^[5] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Khar Eshgaft.^[6]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 3,525 in 767 households.^[7] There were 3,476 inhabitants in 888 households at the following census of 2011.^[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 3,736 in 1,049 households. The most populous of its 35 villages was Tappeh Goji, with 857 people.^[2]
