The men's 4 × 100 metres relay at the 2022 World Athletics U20 Championships was held at the Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali , Colombia on 4 and 5 August 2022.[ 1]
25 national teams entered to the competition,[ 2] [ 3] with each team having a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 athletes.[ 4]
