المجمع (توضيح)


الـHub : وهو عبارة عن جهاز يستخدم لربط عدة أجهزة مع بعضها البعض في شبكة داخلية ويحتوي على عدة منافذ لربط الأجهزة وعدد هذه المنافذ يكون 4 منافذ أو 8 أو 16 أو 32 غالبا.

يتميز الـ Hub بسهولة استخدامه وتركيبه، حيث يتم توصيله بسهولة بين الأجهزة المراد ربطها في الشبكة. كما أنه يتميز بتكلفته المنخفضة مقارنة بأجهزة شبكات الحاسوب الأخرى، وهذا يجعله خيارًا مغريًا للعديد من المستخدمين. ومع ذلك، يوجد عدة سلبيات تتعلق بجهاز الـ Hub، من أهمها:

  • المجمع (الشاهل): مستوطنة في اليمن.
  • المجمع (العدين): محلة في قرية الصباحي، عزلة بني زهير، مديرية العدين، محافظة إب اليمنية.
  • المجمع (لودر): قرية في عزلة زارة، محافظة أبين اليمنية.
  • المجمع (محافظة حبونا)
  • المجمع (مدينة البيضاء)
  • عدم القدرة على تحديد عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت (IP) للأجهزة المتصلة به، مما يعني أنه يصعب تحديد مصدر المشكلة في حالة حدوث مشكلة في الشبكة. يحتوي الـ Hub على وحدة تحكم واحدة فقط، مما يعني أن جميع الأجهزة المتصلة به تحتاج إلى مشاركة نفس النطاق الترددي، مما يسبب ضعف في أداء الشبكة إذا كانت كل الأجهزة تستخدم الشبكة في نفس الوقت.
  • يعتمد الـ Hub على تقنية التبديل البسيط (CSMA/CD) التي تعتمد على الانتظار حتى يتم تحرير الخط الذي يتم استخدامه حاليًا قبل البدء في إرسال البيانات، وهذا يعني أن الأجهزة قد تواجه تأخيرًا في إرسال البيانات إذا كان هناك العديد من الأجهزة المتصلة بالشبكة.
  • يميل الـ Hub إلى إرسال الحزم الإرسالية إلى جميع الأجهزة المتصلة به، بما في ذلك الأجهزة التي لا تحتاج إلى هذه الحزمة، مما يؤدي إلى زيادة في حجم المرور بالشبكة وبالتالي يقلل من أداء الشبكة.
  • جهاز الـHub هو جهاز تقريباً لا يستخدمه أحد في الوقت الحالي، يفضل الكثير من المستخدمين استخدام أجهزة شبكات الحاسوب الأخرى مثل الـ Switch والـ Router بدلاً من الـ Hub، وذلك لتجنب مشاكل الأداء والأمان التي قد تنشأ عند استخدام الـ Hub.
