الأديم المتوسط[4] أو الرُّغَيْلَة[5] هي الطبقة الوسطى من طبقات التبرعم تتكون عند انتقال الخلايا من الأديم الظاهري إلى الأديم الباطني في عملية التطور الجنيني.[6][7][8] ينتج من هذه الطبقة عدة أعضاء منها القلب والأعضاء التناسلية والعظام والعضلات.
