Undang-Undang Berlin-Bonn

Undang-Undang Berlin-Bonn merupakan "Undang-Undang untuk mengimplementasikan resolusi Bundestag Jerman pada tanggal 20 Juni 1991 di penyelesaian Kesatuan Jerman (Berlin / Bonn Act) "mulai berlaku pada tanggal 26 April 1994. Sejauh menyangkut masa depan Bonn, ketentuan-ketentuan berikut dari Undang-undang tersebut adalah penting: "menjaga pembagian kerja permanen dan adil antara ibu kota federal Berlin dan kota federal Bonn "dan" memelihara dan mempromosikan fungsi politik di kota federal Bonn dalam bidang politik berikut: Pendidikan dan sains, budaya, penelitian dan teknologi, telekomunikasi Lingkungan dan kesehatan Pangan, pertanian dan kehutanan Kebijakan pembangunan, institusi nasional dan supranasional Pertahanan. " Selain itu, tindakan tersebut menjamin bahwa "secara keseluruhan, proporsi utama pekerjaan di kementerian federal harus tetap tinggal di kota federal Bonn.

Berlin / Bonn Act: Keputusan untuk menempatkan Kota Federal Bonn sebagai pusat pengembangan untuk entitas nasional, internasional dan supranasional. 1, 437 Miliar EUR diinvestasikan antara 1995-2004.[1]
