Umeklidinium bromida adalah antagonis muskarinik kerja panjang yang disetujui untuk pengobatan pemeliharaan penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK).[1] Obat ini juga disetujui untuk indikasi ini dalam kombinasi dengan vilanterol (sebagai umeklidinium bromida/vilanterol)[2][3] dan juga sebagai kombinasi tiga terapi sebagai flutikason furoat/umeklidinium bromida/vilanterol.[4] Obat ini tercantum dalam Daftar Obat Esensial Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia.[5]
