Toeti Adhitama (19 Februari 1935 – 22 Februari 2015) adalah seorang penyiar TVRI tahun 80-an. Namanya dikenal masyarakat Indonesia sebagai pembaca berita Dunia dalam Berita yang rutin disiarkan TVRI setiap pukul 21.00 wib.[1]

Penyiar senior dengan nama asli Prahastoeti binti Prayitno, ini wafat pada hari Minggu pukul 00:05 dini hari tanggal 22 Februari 2015 di usia 80 tahun karena infeksi saluran porih.[2][3]

Film Warkop Prambors yang berjudul Setan Kredit menampilkan parodi Toeti Adhitama yang bernama Tuti Ajiwirya dengan diperankan oleh Dono.
