Siatas merupakan salah satu kampung yang ada di kecamatan Simpang Kanan, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil, provinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Siatas merupakan salah satu kampung terluas di Simpang Kanan, terbentang memanjang di jalan Lipat Kajang - Sibolga. Gampong ini berbatasan dengan kampung Pandan Sari, kampung Lae Riman perkebunan Socfindo dan kampung Pertabas. Gampong Siatas terbagi menjadi 3 dusun, yakni Uruk Ndeas, Lae Butar, dan patok besi atau kuta lang-lang.

Agama yang dianut masyarakatnya adalah Islam sebagai mayoritas dan Kristen Protestan yang banyak di jumpai didusun Patok besi. Gampong ini terbilang cukup maju terutama di bidang pertanian. Salah satunya adalah Kelapa Sawit yang memang menjadi komoditas utama di kabupaten Aceh Singkil.

Siatas memiliki SD Negeri siatas yang terletak di perbatasan Siatas dengan Pandan Sari, PDAM yang dapat dikatakan sebagai sumber air minum terbaik di Aceh. Yang mengairi hampir seluruh kabupaten Aceh Singkil. MTsS dan MIS Simpang Kanan serta puskesmas pembantu di perbatasan Siatas dengan pertabas.

Gampong siatas didiami oleh suku phak-phak, suku Singkil atau masyarakat sering menyebutnya suku Kampung atau phak- phak boang, Jawa, dan batak.
