Semyon Ilyich Kharlamov (bahasa Rusia: Семён Ильич Харламов; 30 April 1921 – 5 Mei 1990) adalah seornag pilot tempur dan pengintaian pada Perang Dunia II yang dianugerahi gelar Pahlawan Uni Soviet. Ia kemudian meneirma berbagai jabatan komando dalam angkatan udara, dan kemudian meriah pangkat kolonel-jenderal. Istrinya, Nadezhda Popova, yang bertemu denganna di garis depan perang, juga menjadi Pahlawan Uni Soviet.[1][2][3]
