Robert Houghwout Jackson (13 Februari 1892 – 9 Oktober 1954) adalah seorang jaksa dan hakim Amerika Serikat yang menjadi Hakim Agung dari Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat. Jackson juga dikenal atas penugasannya sebagai Kepala Jaksa Amerika Serikat di pengadilan Nuremberg terhadap para penjahat perang Nazi usai Perang Dunia II.
