Perang Keuskupan Hildesheim (bahasa Inggris: Hildesheim Diocesan Feud,[1] bahasa Jerman: Hildesheimer Stiftsfehde, secara harfiah berarti "Permusuhan Keuskupan Hildesheim") adalah konflik yang berlangsung antara Kepangeranan-Keuskupan Hildesheim melawan Kepangeranan Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel dan Calenberg yang dikuasai oleh Wangsa Welf. Perang yang meletus pada tahun 1519 ini pada mulanya merupakan konflik lokal antara pangeran-uskup Hildesheim Johann IV dari Sachsen-Lauenburg melawan bangsawan di keuskupannya (Stiftsadel). Konflik ini kemudian membesar dan melibatkan pangeran-pangeran di Niedersachsen. Penyebabnya adalah upaya Pangeran-Uskup Johann untuk memungut pajak dari bangsawan di wilayah sekulernya.

Konflik ini diakhiri oleh Perjanjian Quedlinburg pada tanggal 13 Mei 1523.[2] Pangeran Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel mendapat wilayah, sementara wilayah Kepangeranan-Keuskupan Hildesheim yang tersisa hanyalah empat dari 22 distriknya serta kota Hildesheim dan Peine. Meskipun begitu, batas Keuskupan Hildesheim dalam urusan gerejawi tidak berubah.
