Paul Eber (8 November 1511 – 10 Desember 1569) adalah seorang teolog Lutheran Jerman. Ia dididik di Nürnberg dan Wittenberg, di mana ia menjadi teman dekat dari Philipp Melanchthon.

Pada tahun 1541 ia diangkat sebagai profesor tata bahasa Latin di Wittenberg, dan pada 1557 profesor dari Perjanjian Lama. Bidang yang ia pelajari begitu luas, dan ia menerbitkan buku sejarah Yahudi, sebuah kalender sejarah yang dimaksudkan untuk menggantikan Kalender Suci Romawi, dan sebuah revisi dari Perjanjian Lama Latin.
