Muhammad Rasman Manafi

Muhammad Rasman Manafi (lahir 7 November 1973) adalah seorang birokrat Indonesia kelahiran Kendari. Ia merupakan merupakan anak sulung dari pasangan H Manafi dan Hj Rasiah. H. Manafi berasal dari Kaledupa serta pernah menjabat sebagai Kepala Biro Statistik Kabupaten Kolaka dan Kota Baubau.

Ia menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Halu Oleo (UHO) Kendari dan mendapat gelar S2 dan S3 di Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). Ia aktif di organisasi kemahasiswaan seperti Senat Mahasiswa Faperta UNHALU, HIMAGRO, FKK HIMAGRI, dan HMI. Ia kemudian menjabat sebagai Asisten Deputi Pengelolaan Ruang Laut dan Pesisir di Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi (Kemenko Marves). Pada 2023, ia menjabat sebagai pelaksana jabatan Walikota Baubau usai jabatan tersebut ditinggalkan oleh Ahmad Monianse.[1]
