Komite PBB tentang Penggunaan Luar Angkasa Secara Damai (bahasa Inggris: United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space; COPUOS) adalah sebuah komite Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang memiliki tugas utama untuk meninjau dan mengedepankan kerjasama internasional dalam penggunaan luar angkasa secara damai, serta mengeluarkan hukum-hukum terkait penjelajahan luar angkasa.[1][2]

Komite tersebut kini memiliki 95 anggota yang setiap tahun bertemu di Wina, Austria di Vienna International Centre pada bulan Juni. Selain itu, Subkomite Saintifik dan Tenikal giat bertemu pada bulan Februari, sementara Subkomite Hukum giat bertemu pada bulan April.[2]
