Komando Distrik Militer 0208/Asahan atau Kodim 0208/Asahan biasa disingkat dengan sebutan Kodim 0208/AS adalah satuan teritorial yang berada di bawah binaan Korem 022/PT yang meliputi wilayah Kabupaten Asahan, Kabupaten Batu Bara, dan Kota Tanjung Balai.
