Kejuaraan Formula Dua atau bernama resmi FIA Formula Two Championship merupakan sebuah kejuaraan balap Formula Dua yang digelar dari tahun 2009 sampai 2012. Ajang ini merupakan upaya kedua pemakaian nama Formula Dua. Ajang ini dimaksudkan untuk menjadi semacam feeder untuk pembalap-pembalap muda yang akan berlaga di ajang Formula Satu.

Kejuaraan ini dikelola oleh MotorSport Vision. Kejuaraan ini tutup di akhir 2012 dikarenakan minimnya peserta dan ajang yang kalah bersaing melawan Seri GP2 dan Formula Renault 3.5.
