Catherine Davis "Kate" Higgins (lahir 16 Agustus 1969, Charlottesville, Virginia, Amerika Serikat), juga dikenal sebagai Kate Davis, adalah seorang aktris suara Amerika Serikat, penyanyi dan pianis jazz. peran suara besar nya telah di adaptasi bahasa Inggris dari anime Jepang, dan paling terkenal sebagai Sakura Haruno di Naruto dan Reikai Aoki/Chloe di Smile PreCure!/Glitter Force.
