Jelita & Juwita adalah sinetron Indonesia produksi Multivision Plus yang ditayangkan perdana pada 16 April 2005 pukul 19.00 WIB di SCTV. Sinetron ini disutradarai oleh Sharad Sharan dan Ronix Saka serta dibintangi oleh Evita Levinia, Stefanie Hariadi Theresia dan Andreas Kurniawan.

Sinopsis

Sebuah kisah pilu seorang gadis yang ditinggalkan oleh ibunya yang bernama Jelita. Maharani, ibu Jelita meninggal akibat dibunuh oleh adiknya yang bernama Rossa. Rossa selalu iri terhadap Maharani dan tidak pernah bersyukur atas segala apa yang diberikan oleh Maharani begitu juga dengan Juwita. Yanto, suami Rossa selalu mengingatkan Rossa agar tetap bersyukur dan tidak boleh berfoya-foya. Kehidupan keluarga Rossa melarat karena Rossa selalu menghambur-hamburkan uang untuk berjudi dan menggunakan untuk hal yang tidak perlu. Setelah kematian Maharani, hidup Jelita mulai menderita akibat siksaan dari Rossa dan Juwita. Untungnya, masih ada orang yang menyayangi Jelita yaitu om Jelita yang bernama Yanto, serta kekasih Jelita yang bernama Nicholas. Nicholas juga hidupnya sangat menderita akibat sebuah kutukan, bila Nicholas marah maka seketika orang yang membuatnya marah akan mati terbakar olehnya. Jelita tidak hanya dibantu oleh mereka saja tetapi arwah dari almarhumah ibunya dan Tisno, hantu pemilik rumah yang dibeli oleh Maharani selalu membantu Jelita agar tidak disiksa oleh Rossa dan Juwita.
