Dr. Ivan Rizal Sini, MD, FRANZCOG, GDRM, SpOG (lahir 9 Mei 1972) adalah seorang ahli kesehatan (dokter) Indonesia. Ia merupakan salah seorang ahli bayi tabung di antara sedikit dokter yang ahli di bidang tersebut di Indonesia.

Ivan menamatkan pendidikan kedokterannya di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 1995, lalu berkarier sambil melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat yang lebih tinggi di Australia, yang berhasil diselesaikannya pada tahun 2001. Ia menjalani karier sebagai dokter bayi tabung selama lebih kurang 10 tahun di negara tersebut, sebelum kembali ke Indonesia pada tahun 2005.

Sewaktu berpraktik di Australia, Ivan pernah menerima sebuah penghargaan Australian Gynecology Award dan hadiah berupa beasiswa ke Korea Selatan. Ivan juga merupakan pendiri institusi IRSI (Indonesian Reproductive Science Institute) yang bertujuan melatih dokter-dokter Indonesia agar dapat menangani bayi tabung.

Dr Ivan Sini adalah dokter pertama yang melakukan bedah robotik di Indonesia pada tahun 2012.

Saat ini selain menduduki beberapa jabatan di perusahaan, Dr Ivan Sini adalah Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran IPB University, Bogor.
