Beyoğlu (pengucapan bahasa Turki: [ˈbejoːɫu]) adalah sebuah distrik yang terletak di sisi Eropa İstanbul, Turki, yang terpisah dari kota tua (semenanjung bersejarah Konstantinopel) oleh Tanduk Emas. Wilayah ini dikenal sebagai Pera (Πέρα, artinya "seberang" dalam bahasa Yunani) pada Abad Pertengahan, dan nama ini tetap digunakan dalam penggunaan umum sampai awal abad ke-20 dan pendirian Republik Turki.
