Mayor Jenderal TNI Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, S.Sos., S.H., M.Han. (lahir 19 November 1970) adalah seorang perwira tinggi TNI-AD yang mengemban amanat sebagai Staf Khusus Kasad.[1]

Rizal, merupakan lulusan Akademi Militer (1993) ini berasal dari kecabangan Zeni. Jabatan terakhir jenderal bintang dua ini adalah Kepala Staf Komando Operasi Gabungan Wilayah Pertahanan II.[2]
