卡洛斯·雷·「查克」·诺里斯（英語：Carlos Ray "Chuck" Norris，1940年3月10日—），美國武術家、演員、編劇和製片人。

羅禮士於1958年加入美國空軍並被送至駐韓美軍的烏山空軍基地擔任空軍憲兵（AP），他的綽號「查克」就是在韓國獲得的，並且也在那開始練習唐手道，還將這套武術發展出衍生的春谷道（英语：Chun Kuk Do）（萬能法）[1]。當他調回美國後繼續在馬區空軍基地（英语：March Air Reserve Base）執行憲兵勤務，接著於1962年8月退伍。

1968年，当诺里斯参加世界冠军赛时， 当时以电视剧《青蜂俠》而闻名的李小龍注意到了他。他们在接下来的两年里建立了友谊并一起训练，直到李回到香港继续他的电影生涯。

他發展電影事業初期，在李小龍執導的武俠電影《猛龍過江》中飾演一名空手道高手Colt，與李小龍在羅馬鬥獸場決鬥，公認是經典的武打場面。不過有不少網友認為他的表情太過怪異，所以常被拿來惡搞。

他後來主演了多部動作片，較著名的作品如《獨行俠野狼（英语：Lone Wolf McQuade）》（1983年）、《北越歸來》（1984年）和《三角突擊隊》（1986年）等。他由1993年開始主演電視劇《德州騎警（英语：Walker, Texas Ranger）》。2012年，羅禮士參與了《浴血任務2》的演出。

2005年初，羅禮士被人改編成「羅禮士的真相」一民間傳說，這成為了粉絲間的一股流行文化。
