奧托·葉斯柏森（丹麥語：Jens Otto Harry Jespersen，或拼為Otto Jespersen，【丹麦语发音：[ʌto ˈjɛsbɐsn̩]】，1860年7月16日—1943年4月30日）是丹麥語言學家，專精英語語法。

他生於日德蘭半島的蘭訥斯並就學於哥本哈根大學，獲得了英語、法語和拉丁語學位。他曾在牛津大學研究語言學。
